All items are made or prepared in small batches. In-stock items usually ship within 48 hours. Custom or out-of-stock orders may take longer depending on the print schedule and complexity.

Product Details
Colors may vary slightly from screen to print. Sizes are approximate, though usually very close. Layer lines and fine wisps are normal parts of the 3D printing process. Every item is inspected after printing and again before shipping.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are reviewed individually. We do our best to match the requested colors, size, and style, but final printed results can vary slightly because of the material and print process.
Returns and Changes
If something arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to make it right. Because many items are custom or printed in small batches, returns for change-of-mind purchases may be limited.
Before Shipping
If you need to make a change after ordering, contact us right away. Up until the item ships, we will do our best to help with changes, corrections, or cancellations where possible.
