Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Items
We want purchases to feel clear and fair. Because many items are made in small batches or printed to order, our return policy is a little different than a big-box store, but we will always do our best to help when something is wrong.
Pre-Made In-Stock Items
Pre-made in-stock items may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery or pickup, as long as they are unused, in their original condition, and returned with any included packaging.
Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Custom items, personalized items, and made-to-order prints are generally final sale once production has started. These items are made specifically for the order and usually cannot be restocked or resold.
If there is a problem because we made the wrong item, missed an approved detail, or the item arrives defective, please contact us and we will work with you to make it right.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or clearly not as ordered, please contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery or pickup.
Please include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos if possible. This helps us fix things quickly.
Shipping Costs for Problems
If the problem is our fault, we will cover the replacement shipping or return shipping needed to resolve it.
If a return is simply because you changed your mind on an eligible pre-made item, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refunds and Replacements
When a return is approved, we may offer a refund, replacement, repair, or store credit depending on the situation and the item involved.
Approved refunds are typically issued back to the original payment method once the item is received back and inspected, if a return is required.
What Cannot Be Returned
We may decline returns for items that have been used, damaged after delivery, modified, or returned outside the timelines above.
Custom and made-to-order items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Please contact us before mailing a return. That gives us a chance to review the issue, confirm the next step, and make sure the item is going to the right place.
